....so Venice was nice. Just wasn't able to stay as long as we would have liked...
Here's Ermin looking at a building. I think this was one that's directly east of the Accademia bridge, or I could be wrong.

Rialto Bridge, taken from some street/canal that dead-ended at the Grand Canal. You really do get lost pretty quickly in Venice.

...San Marco Basilica...pretty amazing...you just have to see it in person to understand how amazing those mosaics are...and they shimmer in the sunlight...

cool overall shot of San Marco Square. the pigeons do not get spooked at all. kinda creepy.

Ermin by the new Calatrava bridge. Venice now has a fourth bridge that crosses the Grand Canal.

Ermin under the Calatrava bridge. Hamming it up...

View of Calatrava bridge from one side...can't remember which side.
Ermin hanging out the window of our apartment in Venice. The bad thing about this apartment was that anyone crossing the bridge over the canal running next to our apartment could see in...as you figured, our shutters were closed most of the time..

Ermin really loves watermelon.

Shop on the east side of the Rialto bridge selling touristy wooden trinkets. That motorcycle sculpture and Pinnochio sculpture are carved from wood. Very cool. Ermin was drinking a Coke.

Taken from a cafe in Campo Santa Marguerita...We were sitting out the rain under an awning and sipping coffee.
Me looking cool around Venice.

Ermin in looking casual in San Marco Square

we took a few cutsey-poo pics..here's one that's currently my background on my laptop.
